National Report from our Study

This study aimed to design and develop a National cpKPI Registry and to generate national cpKPI reports that can be used to inform the advancement of pharmacy practice and improve patient outcomes. This study also focused on evaluating the participating healthcare organization satisfaction with the:

 

  1. National cpKPI Registry Submission Tool and data elements of the cpKPI Registry

  2. National pooled summary reports

Participant Selection:

​

  • Volunteer Canadian hospitals from the Canadian cpKPI Collaborative who have implemented cpKPI patient care processes

  • Actively locally measuring and tracking at least one cpKPI on at least one inpatient clinical patient care area

  • January-December timeframe
